Here is what you can expect at your vocal lesson:
- Students are guided through vocal exercises especially tailored to their specific needs.
- Should a technical need arise, this will be covered.
- Songs are assigned to fulfill basic singing rudiments i.e. Legato singing, note articulations, breath control, support of sound etc…
- Learning how to read a vocal score is introduced.
- During the lesson audition materials and stage presence are addressed and worked on.
- Sight singing and music theory is also covered.
- Basic piano skills are reinforced
- Guidance for College-Prep students is administered.
